Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, most reliable method possible!


 

Lead Times

Most of our products are made to order and the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take as long as 9 weeks to ship, while an order only containing 6-week items will ship within 6 weeks.

 

Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.

 

Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.

 

Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.

Expected Delivery Dates

All products are shipped from either of our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana or Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.


 

Specific Delivery Date Requests

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.


 

Shipment Notifications

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.

 

Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.


 

Nonstandard Shipments

For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

We want your outdoor space to feel perfect. If for any reason you're not delighted with your polywood.com purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of the rest! Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you pick out the perfect replacement furniture for your outdoor space, or to refund your purchase price in full.

Our Customer Service Team will send you a return shipping label (shipping cost is on us!) and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and we will facilitate a return with our carrier at your convenience.

We require that all returned products be in their original packaging and in resellable condition upon return. If the original packaging is no longer available, please contact us for assistance. Once your return is packaged and ready to go, please be sure to clearly write your provided RMA number on the outside of each returning package. This helps us to identify the product when it’s returned to us so we can process your return quickly.

Please also make sure each product is carefully packed and properly sealed as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. If any product is not returned in resellable condition, an adjustment to your refund may be necessary. If this occurs, a Customer Service Team Member will reach out to notify you of any updates.
