Return Policy
We do accept returns and we will refund to you the original purchase price less the return shipping costs. You must request a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in its original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for only the return trip shipping expenses.
Backorder Policy
We will notify you if any of the items you ordered are on back order. You may choose to wait or cancel the item being ordered.
Shipping Policy
Outdoor Furniture Today offers free UPS Ground Shipping to the Continental United States and Canada. Residents of Canada must pay the Canadian taxes. Shipping dates will vary, but your shipment should arrive to you in about 6-10 business days. We will send you a UPS Ground tracking number via e-mail within 2 business days. We place our orders within one day of receipt. Any orders that we receive on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Expedited shipping (2-3 days delivery time) and Express shipping (overnight) are also available. Please e-mail us with a destination address for a shipping quote, as there is an additional charge for both of these services. Ohio residents will be charged 6.5% tax on their orders. Products shipped by large truck will have the letters "LT" after the product number. Due to size and/or weight restrictions, some items must be shipped by a large truck. Delivery time for large truck shipping will range from 6 to 15 business days. We will e-mail you a tracking number within 48 hours of shipping. Please be aware, the truck driver is not responsible for moving the item into your yard. If you will require lift-gate service or any other service to move your product, you must notify us so that we can make the necessary arrangements with the trucking company. Please also note that the transport agency will charge an additional fee for these services. For International customers, we use UPS 3-day air and that usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Please e-mail us at CustomerService@Outdoorfurnituretoday.com with details of the shipment and a destination address including the zip code so we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote on your order.
Damaged Goods Policy
If your shipment arrives in a damaged condition from UPS Ground, you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We will handle all correspondence with UPS and we will arrange for product replacement and return shipping. If you discover damaged items after delivery, keep all packaging and contact us at CustomerService@Outdoorfurnituretoday.com within 3 days. We will handle everything with UPS and arrange for replacement and return shipping. You must:
* Have UPS inspect the original box and internal packaging prior to any return. * We will need to issue a Return Authorization Form by e-mail prior to any return. We will do everything we can to resolve any problems. |
