What is your Warranty?
If you receive a defective item, our manufacturer, at their discretion and expense, will replace any parts that are found defective within 15 days of purchase. You must notify us via e-mail at
CustomerService@Outdoorfurnituretoday.com. In your e-mail, you must include the original order number, the description of the defect and pictures of the defective item or part. We only warranty the replacement of the defective item or part, not a refund of the purchase price.

Can I ship to a P O Box?
No. We use UPS exclusively to ship our products and they require a street address.

How should I care for my Western Red Cedar Furniture?
If left unfinished, Western Red Cedar will last for many years outdoors. As Western Red Cedar ages, it will become silvery grey and this will actually help to block the sun from reaching the interior of the wood and prolong the life of the furniture. Covering your furniture to keep it dry or storing out of the harsh elements of winter will also prolong its life. You may also stain, paint or use a wood preservative on your Western Red Cedar Furniture to keep it beautiful for many years.

How do I care for my Java Teak Patio Furniture?
Teak wood requires little or no maintenance. If you leave Teak wood untreated, it will weather to a silvery grey color, but will remain durable for many years. You may also treat Teak wood with a Teak oil or varnish and it will keep its honey golden color.
